PARC Foundation is committed to helping neighborhoods in need expand their potential by promoting contemporary art and architecture.
-started as the idea of David Deutsch
-began researching in Hudson, NY in 2003
-incorporated in 2006
-received 501(c)3 tax-exempt status in 2007
